Affiliate marketing becomes more and more complex. A couple of years ago, all you had to do was to create a mini-site and add your affiliate links. Add your keywords at the top, the middle and the bottom of the page, get a few backlinks, and voila. You would sit, relax, and watch traffic come to your site like bees on honey.

But today everything is different.

You really need to know more advanced affiliate covert techniques if you want to make a lot of commissions, whether your or marketing with Google Adwords or SEO.

I was talking about that with my wife, and she told me… “You did this. You spend all your time teaching others how to make money with affiliate marketing”. Yup, again, she was right.

I don’t know how many people jumped on the affiliate marketing goldmine bandwagon this year, but I’ sure it’s a big number…

When I first started in 2006, Google adwords was super simple to use, and an Adwords dummy like me made money! Today, I don’t have any adwords campaign running. I do try Yahoo search marketing and msn advertising from time to time, but not Adwords.
